Michael is the President of Blackwood Holdings Group a Venture Capital Firm in Orlando Florida and is a principle in Group One Project Advisors, a Business Consultancy as well as founder and President of OurExchange LLC an Equity Crowdfunding platform.
CLAUDIA VILA QUATRINI
Claudia is a native of Brazil with a family heritage originally from Italy. She is conversational in several languages, as well as a seasoned professional in the Event management field. Claudia, in concert with her corporate office in Fort Lauderdale coordinates all aspects of Meeting and Events in Florida. Her breadth of knowledge concerning destination management gives her an innate ability to serve Fortune 500 companies with their meeting planning needs. Claudia serves on several Association and Philanthropic event teams

Bruno is A Freshman at Rollin College, in Winter Park Florida and intends on, in pursuit of a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Corporate Finance concentration.
PRISCILLA QUATRINI
Priscilla is currently in her Junior year at Adventist University of Health Sciences where she is a candidate for her Bachelor of Science, Biomedical Sciences Degree, in Orlando Florida. While attending College, Priscilla works full-time at Florida Hospital.
